Marathon and Halo each had very specific main characters, however, to match up with the swords carriers. But Destiny has only the collective Guardians and no unifying main character. The only option I see is for the Traveler to fill this role, which probably means... [spoiler]the Traveler is going to wake up.[/spoiler]
