I remember reading that the fallen usually give away their position with clicks and screeches or something. Now I wonder if they have their own made up language.. a full complete pseudo alien language that I'm sure someone will learn and speak with the strange new tongue.

It's only the fallen dreg that gives away its position I don't know about the other ones.
