So, leave.
I am sure that there are several places you could live and be free of taxation. It is the cost of living in whatever country you hail from, but you can leave if you disagree. Go ahead and leave. You will not be missed.

Why should we leave instead of staying and making the country better? How about the government follow the law and not steal from us? Why don't we get an option to opt out?

Your opinion of what is "Better" strikes most of the people as repugnant. The idea is to have the greatest impact for the most people.

Then get a Yacht, silly. Sure it costs a bit of money but it's still cheaper than living in a house. Sure you have Somalian pirates to deal with but who hasn't dealt with those before?
