Oh Jesus....
Okay, Ninja's are NOT part of Bungie.
And to become a Ninja, you have to be really good and blah blah blah until the webteam notices you and makes you a Ninja. But I don't think it's possible to become one anymore.
Recon is a Ninja, which means he moderates the website.
