If she asked if she could bring a friend, she probably is not interested. Just saying.
Girls do that so that a situation will not be awkward and so that you're less likely to try to engage in one on one conversation about your feelings for her or about asking her out.

Edited by Src4mblerr: 5/29/2013 1:22:12 AMthat's possible...if that's the case...then FML But she does occasionally mention that she enjoys texting with me and that she had a good time hanging out...but your supposition is possible.

Nah. Don't event trip man. Life is full of disappointment. Just move on to the next one. Hell, if you want just ask her out on a date one on one. Don't pussyfoot around it. If she says no then move on. If she says yes then woo! I've had a girl that was in love with me, whom I also was in love with, we stayed friends for 10 years, we finally get close and confess to eachother. She is 4'11 and pretty, beautiful green eyes. Cutest personality. Then she tells me even though she loves me we can't be together because I'm pagan and she is a Christian and the bible says not to yolk in two different directions. Never saw her again. Moved on. Lol

ok, I'll work up the courage to ask her out.

Good man! Don't fear. Fear is the destroyer of senses.

Should I ask her out to dinner and a movie? just dinner? movie and icecream after? Hanging out a mall? Is there any place that is better than another to tell her that I like her?
-
No, there is no better or worse place. If you know some of her interests go with that. If you don't dinner and ice cream or dinner and walking around somewhere is nice. A movie won't do, you can't talk to her during a movie and get to know eachother better.
