well first off, microsoft has confirmed none of that, and i doubt that a german official actually has the full picture and there's the possibility that he's just speaking out of his ass (as politicians are apt to do) or he was taken out of context or mistranslated and as for the other thing, microsoft has said nothing official about the xb1 sending information to an external server or the xb1 having the ability to talk
