The only thought I have is about how much I don't need that.

Meh. I never said it was the most useful feature in the world. Hell, I wouldn't even fight for it to be added. That's why my title says "suggestion," not "my demands." It's also why I asked what folks' thoughts were. Thanks for providing yours. Maybe it's just me, but I like to keep track of things. I try to keep tabs on a lot of things. The day I write things down or do things, when things/events begin or end...just in case they're needed for future reference. To put it plainly, I archive shit and like to do so (I blame my field of study). And people I interact with, that has more weight to me in terms of being worthy to archive. If I'm going to mute/follow someone and forget their name a year later, well one they probably weren't that important anyway, but still I'd like to know why I did that.

Makes sense. I just tend not to forget about my reasoning for doing things.

Good on ya for doing so. That's a trait I envy. I took a nice blow to a head as a kid (Happy Thanksgiving!) and because of that I have a hard time with long-term memory unless directly confronted with something associated with the memory. 8 years on this site and I can't really recall anything off the top of my head about what I've done here, and I've been active almost everyday. Heck, I used to be in so many groups that I'd have to tell others I'd join theirs if I ever got room, and now I can't remember any of those groups' names! So yeah, a nice little reminder/tidbits of info next to the appropriate person or memory would help me out. Though that's something I could do on my own, I suppose, and doesn't justify adding the feature if it solely benefits me. Meh. Just means adding even more notes about things everywhere without it.

Is it because you're always drunk?

Hmm good point. Maybe you're just addicted to Helium?

Perhaps.
