Feedback: "Spider Tank Battle" (Fan Art)
An engagement between Guardians and a battalion of Spider Tanks backed by Cabal forces. I would like to know if there is anything I could improve on or that might be added.
I went ahead and played around with the concept art image of the tank and re positioned various elements to make each tank different. I then added effects like sand plumes, smoke, and muzzle flashes to bring them to life. The rest comes from various other sources which all came together very well.
I would also be interested in spotlighting other people's work on our YouTube channel so I'll probably be browsing around the forums here a bit more

For example make the people more yellowish to make it seem like the yellow sun and sand are reflecting off of them. Also try to soften up the edges of the characters so they don't look like they were "placed" into the pic.

Very rad! But I think there may be a bit too much negative space, and the flow and momentum feels.... lacking. Make no mistake; your work [b]is[/b] good. But I think you have it in you to make it [b]excellent[/b].

Very cool! I love image mosaic compositions like this. One thing that I notice is you have composed this image in such a way that the Guardians seem very large in proportion to your enemy characters. The perspective view of the image kind of gets thrown off as a result. Overall very cool idea!

2 RepliesIt's cool, I don't mean to be a stickler, but aren't the spider tanks a Fallen weapon and not Cabals'. I mean that's just going off of concept art. Anyways it was good in concept. 8)

Very nice, though I do agree with Grandmaster - some added blending would definitely do the piece justice.
