I'm only going to adress some arguments because I don't have time for an essay.
Huh, I never knew that having games that aren't super serious hyper reall shooter otherwise known as "Cutsey" was a con.
the whole PS4 exclusives argument is exactly what microsoft was trying to do with early DLC.
2 seperate hardware pieces? are you kidding me? the tablet is your controller on the wii U, that's like saying the xbox controllers are a con.
Doesn't come with a controller? it isn't expected with pc gaming, mouse+keys is the standard for PC
Exclusives are a con? are you retarded? it's a good thing because it's something the competition can't provide.

Eh, I agree cutesy wasn't a great description. I wrote this last night and was really pissy at the time. And the 2-piece WiiU hardware is because it's really a piece of the console, not a control. You cannot buy WiiU tablets because each one is keyed to THAT console and is an extension of it that happens to be able to control it. And exclusives should always be a con because a console should never be sold solely for its exclusives because it should be judged by the quality of itself, not the quality work of another company that has been paid extra to not share with the console's competitors. Nintendo is the exception because all of their truly worthwhile exclusives are actually developed by Nintendo.
