Idk if u guys saw this but when the hunter reloaded his revolver, sparks came off the bullets. This may mean that instead of getting weapons with powers like borderlands, maybe we will have to buy ammo with powers. Also on the titans chest it looked like the new monarchy symbol but I maybe wrong. And finally I heard people saying this but what if the African American man reading the story was the hunter, and what if he is a npc character in the game.

He was actually the owner a very profitable Chicken Restaurant in New Mexico. He worked with Mr. Light (the traveller) to move his blue ghosts all over the solar system. Sorry for the lame breaking bad reference haha.

Based on the E3 gameplay that is the hunter's power and not necessarily special ammo.

But in the e3 gameplay he had to "power up" in order to do it, n if u look at the gun stats of the electric gun the gun does get the power to explode at the final " skill" for the gun, so no I think it's either the ammo( like before) , or just the gun itself

I'm pretty sure it was a power because the hunter was using a shotgun looking thing and it was only for about 4-5 kills.
