Right now the only solution for this is, to bookmark "Latest" and use that every time you use the site.
But hey, you never know, maybe they'll switch it up on us or give us the option to select what we want.

Are you talking about replying to an original thread someone posted? If so, you click comment under the original post. If you are talking about creating a post, there is a blue button that says "New Topic"
