It's the same as the PS4 will have. The Xbox 360 had 1/16th as much. It's a good thing.

It's on par with PS4 and is more than good enough. You'll see PC rigs with 10, 12, or even 16GB ram but only PC's doing Nasa-type work need that type of ram. tl;dr It's more than enough. It's great.
