I did this one time on Xbox, I think it's no longer in their library though.
>Go on Xbox
>Go to Netflix
>Documentary
>Look for "Very Young Girls"
>Watch it
>Whenever friends check their list it will say "[Your Gamertag] is watching Very Young Girls".

Maybe now, but in the past it used to show what movie you're watching.
