Only the Old Testament, to my knowledge. Leviticus 11: 7-8
And the pig, because it parts the hoof and is cloven-footed but does not chew the cud, is unclean to you. You shall not eat any of their flesh, and you shall not touch their carcasses; they are unclean to you.
What changed between the Old and New Testament that made pork a-okay is beyond me.

Edited by Circadian Wolf: 5/16/2013 5:04:41 PMI just remember it mentioning somewhere that pigs are "unclean" animals and therefore should not be eaten. That's why jews don't eat pork, which I guess would make it the old testament. It's a joke guys, why does everyone take everything so seriously?
-
Because you didn't give any hint to it being a joke.

Do you really think he is going to answer you? Don't you know how this forum works? People bash others with beliefs by taking things out of context in which they also know nothing about. OT: God told Moses in the Old Testament that pork was unclean and you should not eat of it. This was the Old Testament though and a lot of things are not practiced or relevant to the New Testament.

No, I didn't really expect him to reply nor know what he was talking about. My points exactly, people take information from the Old Testament and use it incorrectly.

Edited by BADMAGIK: 5/16/2013 4:50:27 PMExactly. I see it all the time here on this forum and it always makes me laugh. If people were to actually read the Bible, they might not only see how ignorant the crap they spew out is, but they might actually learn something; and learn something about themselves.

>Bible >Learn something Pick one.

But does it say anything about steak? ; )
