It's not THAT bad, they gave me a new CD key for a game I had that would not validate online play, turns out they closed down the servers for that years ago but non the less it was a used code.

Really? Last time I talked to them about a problem they told me to delete everything on my harddrive about the game in question then, when it didn't work, they told me my problem was resolved and not to respond anymore.
