*cough*

I prefer the prequels. I am a minority.
-
I am a minority too but I don't like the prequels. Sorry bro.
-
What kind of Minority? Because last I checked the majority of Star Wars Fans preferred the Original Trilogy.

Edited by VIC: 5/15/2013 4:16:55 AMJust yanking your chain, man The prequels were alright. Some of the dialogue is cringeworthy; that's where my issues really end. I don't mind the story.

Well played. It flew right over my head. I'll admit some of the lines could have been done better, but one of my favorite parts of the Star Wars Universe are the Clone Troopers and that attitude they get when they are looked individually. It wasn't much, but the Clone Troopers definitely felt more like individuals than the Storm Troopers in the Original Trilogy. They just felt like a monotonous blob to me.

Edited by ODSTJacob: 5/15/2013 1:08:48 AMReally? Why do you prefer them?
-
No idea, just do. I guess I like the whole Separatist Vs. Republic Dynamic it has going. I enjoyed the originals, but I had a harder time getting into the whole rebel thing. I also liked how their was a little more emphasis on the clones, but that's just me.

The Title Update is a thing, not a person. Silly Jacob!

But they killed the younglings!

Edited by DE4THINC4RN4TE: 5/15/2013 1:56:31 AMGranted. Allow me to more specific. Their was a bit more of an... individual feel to the clones. Some had different personalities. I like that. Whenever a show focus' on individuals or groups with distinct individuals, I really like it. Didn't get any of that in the Originals, hence why I prefer the prequels. Also, screw the younglings.
-
I see what you mean. I'm not an elitist or purist when it comes to Star Wars, but I still didn't care for the prequels. I'm much more partial to the atmosphere the original trilogy had.

Fair enough.
