In all seriousness: -Armour customization stores -Weapon customization stores -Ammo and weapon stores -Space-ship repair/customization yards -Safe storage units -Mini-games like poker, black-jack, etc. -Bars to meet up with people, not just one popular area which might cause lag. I'm not too sure about housing. Hundreds of thousands of people are going to be playing Destiny and Bungie has to squeeze them under an orb in a city with limited space. Housing would be good but I'd be happy with a storage unit for my weapons.. ..or a closet under a stair-case. *cue Harry Potter music*
