Schlotzskys is the best 'fast food' sandwich maker, hands down. It has no equal.
My personal favorite is the Original without tomatoes or lettuce.

From what I can tell mainly Texas, the state it was started in, as well as the south/southwest region, but It's slowly expanding to the north and northwest regions of the US.
