That was how it was for me. I would usually go solo whenever i went places, but if i met someone along the road i would team up with them, and one time i came across them. I think the girl trusted me more than the guy though because he said i was "cramping his style" at one point haha, eventually though they would always invite me to tag along and protect them, then after that it was a rivalry to see who could be stronger than the other. Good times nonetheless.

I did the same thing with a couple in Halo 3. Then on the night Obama won it turned out they were incredibly ([b][I]Incredibly[/I][/b]) racist. Considering I had better friends at the time who were black and kind of sensitive to that sort of thing, I decided to jump ship.
