I won't let them in without a warrant.. I'd probably call the police on them and get a bigger gun and tell them to drop theirs and get on the ground.

Really? So the next time anyone breaks into your house.. you'll just uphold your rights in court at that exact moment...? No.. I think you'll be dead, because the crimminal was smart enough to arm himself and he gets away with your prise possessions? I guess you could record the police ransacking your home though.. Unless they take it out of your hand and take it away.. to dispose of evidence of them violating your right to privacy.

No, but if the police raid my home, I'm surrendering. Not gunning them down as soon as the front door is opened.

Except I didn't say anything about gunning them down.. Telling them to surrender and call the police on them and inform them that these ones are trying to break and enter my home without a warrant.

I stand up for my rights, period. I don't care if you're wearing a badge or not, like any person of principle. I definitely don't rely on a broken justice system. Also, who said anything about taking cops hostage?

Camnator, stop pretending you're Rambo. You'd probably get two or three shots off before you get gunned down. Even IF you manage to fight off a whole SWAT team, another SWAT team will come, and another, and another, and another, and then the National Guard. Vigilante justice DOESN"T WORK.

No.. gang members would kill them, take their guns and anything valuable on them.. I wouldn't. I did not say anywhere that I would gun them down, or even gun them down like gangsters would.
