You could have separated your knee cap from your knee. That's not a fun thing to have happen. Go to a Doctor OP. It'll be worth it in the end.

I'm with this guy. You need to see a doctor. Here are a few possibilities that could explain your lack of swelling...strained or partially torn patella tendon, a cartilage chunk floating loose in your knee, a chip of bone from your kneecap itself floating around. Again, go see a medical doctor. Trust me. I have a PhD in Kinesiology.

What the heck is a kinect-imolalogist? Do you make the Xbox Kinect? Why do you think this qualifies you as a doctor?! ARE YOU TRYING TO GET OP KILLED?!

I am planning on seeing my doctor soon for a checkup, I will make sure to inform him about this an request it be evaluated.

That's what I have suspected, but I have not went because I have had no swelling. Could it still be this however?

I'm no doctor, and you shouldn't trust my prognosis, but I would have to say it's most likely super cancer. GO TO A DOCTOR.
