I got banned for saying "Halo 4 is the death of infection", in 1 line, out of a 2 paragraph post.
Oh and the mods and admins, they don't care.
I asked a mod once what I should do if I feel unjustly banned, she said I need to PM bs Angel on Twitter or somehow find another mod on xbox live. What a joke, I wish they got someone like DeeJ to be a community manager because bs angel is terrible at it, she doesn't respond to anything the community wants or needs from mu perspective.

Exactly. BS Angel has one job: talk to the community. She has nothing else to do. No gameplay or map design, no art, nothing. Just writing a bulletin every week (which is always late and skimpy in content) and posting in the forums.

You shouldn't have to use outside contact means to ask a question that's about your ban in the site. The only reason why they even do that is so they can ban people willy nilly and there's nothing the person can do about it. "Oh you sent me a Twitter message? I didn't see it or I wasn't log in during that time." "Oh you sent me an Xbox live message? I wasn't on live during that time or I accidentally blocked you."
