"Band of Brothers" or "The Pacific"?
What is your favorite series of the two?
For me it is Band of Brothers, although The Pacific was great to. The intros to both are simply amazing and the music is probably some of the greatest I have heard.
I have the special edition DVD box set that includes both of them.

That is a tough one. I think both are fantastic, but I think I'm going to have to go with Band of Brothers.

1 ReplyI've only seen the first one or two or three episodes of The Pacific, and that was years ago, I think. But Band of Brothers is amazing. I'll watch The Pacific sometime soon.

2 RepliesBand of Brothers was amazing. The only bad thing about it was that it was too short and they were fighting Germans only instead of Russians.

I always remember more from the Pacific than from BoB. Everything sticks out to me more than in BoB, and while it was still a great series, Pacific always felt more honest to me. It didn't paint any side as the bad guys and the other as the good guys or visa versa, it just depicted how horrific the war was, and I appreciate it more for that unflinching honesty.

I have not seen all of Band of Brothers, but I have seen parts of it. In my honest opinion, I think Band of Brothers is somewhat better, atleast, from what I have seen.

1 ReplyThat's a toughie. I loved both. I'd have to say Band of Brothers. It felt better made. Also, following Easy company was more straightforward than the three guys.
