Well it took Funimation a couple of years for Episode 5-8 to be dubbed in English so I wouldn't hold my breath. But here I'd say late this year or next year.

How the hell does it take that long?

Well it takes Team four star a couple of months to make an episode. And the majority of that time is edited to fit in lip syncing, something they'll probably do for dubbing. That and money reasons I'm guessing.
