[quote](note: in the case of drugs 'used properly and safely' does not include getting addicted)

So you're just going to casually prevent said drugs from getting you chemically addicted. Good luck with that.

occasionally taking small amounts of drugs won't get you addicted in the majority of cases.

Edited by Circadian Wolf: 4/25/2013 2:11:46 PMImagine someone having a pint down the pub. Now imagine it only takes a pint to turn them into a fully blown alchoholic. It's pretty easy to accidentally go over the limit and probably not worth it to begin with for the what you get out of it.

i don't see your point. it doesn't take one pint to turn someone into a full-blown alcoholic, nor does one Heroin injection turn someone instantly into a Heroin addict. and over what limit?
-
well thats where it all starts. Of course not instantly, but over time it does. Take the Heroin, first time you get high and it feels good but then you crash now you want more, so you keep taking more. Nothing happens instantly, but its all over the course of time.
