That fellow on the right seems to be diving or rolling. Bungie may have been experimenting with different maneuvers, let us not forget the Evade armor ability from Halo: Reach.

dude dont know what ur seeing but looks like hes wounded and the guardian is looking at all the enemies for a good time to retrieve him or end him for being a failure

Hmm, it just... looks like he's leaping to the side... I don't know, I guess it's just the positioning of his left leg, the one in the air, and the cloth makes him look like he's in motion.

Looks to be the Supine position. (took me forever ti remember what it was called) Basically, the opposite of prone. Makes you a smalled target as prone does, but it also basically uses your body as a shield (which, I'd rather get shot in the leg than the head). They used a position like this when fighting in the battle room in Ender's Game.

Damn. That AA was actually really fun to use. Especially if you were using it to go off jumps and such.
