I would be worried about the highly addictive nature of "hard drugs". I'm all about the personal responsibility, but addiction can take away self-control. And considering what that can do to addicts and the people around them, I dunno if legalization is something I would support.

Free rehab though, and harder laws if you show you aren't capable of handling yourself. Most people can see if they can handle it early on. Whether or not they choose to stop themselves at that point is up to them.
