I mean I imagine it should be as approximate to the target gameplay as possible. We haven't seen anything else from the game since that target trailer. And those graphics could perfectly be next-gen.
I doubt a series with as much prestige as Rainbow Six will go down that road. It would simply destroy its essence.
I doubt a series with as much prestige as Rainbow Six will go down that road. It would simply destroy its essence.
Many of us said that about Halo.
This is published by Ubisoft, and they're all about making games 'more accessible' in their more recent games. I hope you're right though.
Developers:
Vegas 2: Ubisoft Montreal
Patriots: Ubisoft Montreal Ubisoft Red Storm Ubisoft Toronto

Ubisoft Redstorm - Ghost Recon series, MP for GR Advanced Warfighter, and a bunch of older R6 games.

Ubisoft Toronto - Led by AC producer, currently developing Splinter Cell Blacklist and Patriots.
The change in developers is no where as near as drastic as Halo had, especially considering 343 was a rookie studio. The only 'rookie' for Patriots is Toronto, but they're working on two full games simultaneously. I highly doubt R6 is going to go to the shitter.
