well the only difference i can see is that one of them isn't mentioned in the Constitution. unless the right to 'bear arms' is implying you are on a hallucinogenic trip and you need to tear someone's legs off.

  • The Constitution is not directed at us, it serves to limit and define the powers of government. It never gave them the authorization to ban drugs, nor could we grant it that authority. They get their powers from us.
