There's typically some kind of "Forgot Password" link or something similar. Try looking for that. If all fails try contacting your email provider directly for support.

The problem is, I entered my correct password, but it wants my "secret question" to log in, which I have forgotten and cannot find.

In the event that you have no options to automatically verify yourself, I'd try and contact the email provider directly to see if I could somehow verify myself and have them unlock the account. Without knowing what email service you're using, nobody can give any more specific advice than that.

Have you tried the help button ( on the log-in page ) "I can't accesses my account"?

It again asked for my secret question when I got to the appropriate section, and I submitted a support ticket, but I feel my request will be denied simply because of the sheer volume of things about the account I have forgotten by being able to simply log in so easily.
