So far what I have is that if r is the radius of the smaller circle and R is the radius of the larger circle, from the verticle line...
2r + 36 = 2R
So...
r + 18 = R
Gotta go shopping though, I'll see if I can think of anything.

This is pretty much it, the angles are indeed the same (proven with thales' theorem and basic trigonometry) you get the big circle's radius which gives you the smaller circle's radius (R-18=r). Then its just a matter of calculating the difference between their areas.
