Well I doubt there are hardly any fictional universes that Superman could solo and you seem to imply that Xeelee>Halo, so I'm going to go with Xeelee.

Halo is confined to a single galaxy for the most part, but the Xeelee are universe-wide and were born within seconds (or shorter, even Planck Time) of the Big Bang. Their evolution and technology is the culmination of BILLIONS of years of advancement, along with using time travel to enhance their own evolution. In the series they're nicknamed the "Baryonic Lords", due to their mastery of baryonic matter. They can destroy entire galaxies with ease.
