Call of Duty does not usually have villains, unless you mean Hitler. How could you forget about Hitler?

Haha. He's not a villain though. He's never present in any of the games.

I'd say he was rather villainous, he probably was in the Call of Duty world as well. I will concede that he is not an antagonist.
