The Lancer is the most retarded thing I've ever seen in a game... But hey, that's just my opinion, so please don't shoot me for it.
Also, the Lancer is classified as an assault rifle, not an mg.

With a sixty round mag? Nah. Realistically it's probably closer to a SAW than a full blown machine gun since the later requires a crew to operate, but still.
