I'm surprised I haven't seen any (although I'm sure someone has) try to draw a link between the Waco Seige in the early 1990's and this. Waco is a small town, it is pretty crazy for them to have two incidents like this.
Waco Seige ended around the same time in April as this bombing I believe too.

Didn't the splosion happen like 20 miles away from Waco though?

Something like that. I think the actual compound that the Waco Seige happened at was like 8-10 miles from Waco as well. Still think it is pretty interesting that that general area has experienced some crazy stuff in the past twenty years.
