Superman beat Hulk in 1995's Marvel Vs. DC. So that means Hulk can't beat Doomsday.
What you should be asking is Chuck Norris Vs Superman. Since Chuck Norris' beard holds the DNA building blocks of the entire galaxy, as well as the most richly dense particles of Kryptonite in the universe, Chuck Norris' beared wins. Case closed.
