I'm sure he'll be fired or punished promptly. Of course Conservatives don't support killing all Saudis; while it was entirely inappropriate and insulting, it was also sarcasm.
But most news sources were reporting the rumor, as a rumor. I'd hardly call a tweet a report though, nor would I link it with Fox News.

Just one person, but doesn't represent the entire Fox community.

Are you asking the question, "But doesn't he represent the entire Fox community?" The answer is, obviously, no. Fox, shockingly, has liberals and democrats, and the vast majority of their people are level-headed, skilled journalists, just like any other news source. Now, he would represent the entire community if Fox regularly made statements about killing Saudis and stuff like this, but they don't. He represents his company as an employee, but not in his opinions. So if you're asking if Fox somehow thinks we should kill all the Saudis because one person said it, the obvious answer is 'no'. Shit articles like this are really just huge wastes of time in the wake of this tragedy. He said stupid shit, he'll probably get fired in the morning, and there will still be 3 dead people and hundreds of traumatized Americans.
