Having [url=https://www.google.com/search?q=Obama+makes+the+Taliban+illegal&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS527US527&aq=f&oq=Obama+makes+the+Taliban+illegal&aqs=chrome.0.57j62l3.10049j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8]googled[/url] it, I found no other references to it besides a conservative blog that has a picture of Obama stamping on the constitution to the horror of the Founding Fathers for its background. So, either this is being covered up by Obama's administration and those two sources were the only ones that have not been blocked yet or it's a joke.
