Are the shoemakers themselves atheists, or is that just the name of the brand?

They're atheists.

Well if there's delaying of mail because of that, it should be looked into. But naming your business after just that is a bit silly, no? (Then again, I have seen a few businesses named with Christianity in mind.)

I read a little bit into what the deal was with the name, and they said that they were just proud to be atheists and wanted to name their company after it. Plus there is a little irony in the name since shoes have soles.
