I'm going to say no. Bullet-drop is a cool concept, but unless we're going to be including concepts like wind-speed, air pressure, humidity and temperature, there is no reason to add this single "realistic" feature. If we are going to make this like real-world sniping, I doubt anyone is going to be a sniper. It's just way too much math. I would like to see some travel-time compensation though.

But I like my hit-scan weapons:(

Well I would say that gravity is the most influential and noticeable force out of the lot and maybe the easiest to calculate but I agree with you somewhat. Leading targets is also something I'd like to see as well, ironically I feel the same way you feel about bullet-drop being all or none (even though the absence of travel-time is harder to invent sci-fi remedies for). Nevertheless, I think this would definitely add something positive to the game. I just want to ask you one question and then you can choose to read the rest of this or not: How would you feel about things like rockets, grenade launchers, and grenade throws being affected by gravity? Here's the rest. Imagine rifles that aren't affected by bullet drop through gradients of space magic, weaponry, and/or self-adjusting scopes. Imagine if some snipers preferred some very powerful sniper rifle(s) that took bullet drop (and possibly some other things, and possibly not) into account and had to adjust their shooting for various gravities. Would you still think of it as all or none?
