Very cool, I've heard of the idea for a laser defense system to shoot down missiles for years now, but it's cool to see similar technology actually being made.

The Navy has this, and USAF also has a system mounted on the nose of a 747 that shoots down missiles. That's some serious Life>Scifi stuff right there.
