Honestly I don't see the issue unless you are poor. I seriously question how often all these people that bitch about the always on thing actually aren't connected to live. Then personally if you aren't connected to live why the hell did you even buy an xbox?

So you do not have a problem relying on yet another thing for your console to even work? Yes I have an xbox, yes I have live, but my internet sometimes goes down. And when that happens I dont want to have a brick that can do nothing a $500 brick but a brick none the less. I play offline actually quite a bit, that is the reason I own single player games so I have something to play when I dont have internet. Not only that but you also have to rely on there servers being up constantly. Stopped watching the video around 4:20 when he went retard. Xbox Live actually does require servers to run even now which must be so damn hard for some people to believe when they are bitching about something like this. As for Internet I can understand it goes out from time to time, but that is so rare unless you really have a shitty ISP that I don't see how it matters. Hell if your Internet goes out you can't even log into Steam in order to play games, but nobody complains about that.
