In Halo 3, Recon was for the extremists who did the incredible, a badge of honor, but most importantly, a title. The [i]Vidmaster[/i] Title.
343 threw it out the window and into a blazing bonfire, along with every other similar aspect of Halo, because 343 doesn't like challenges, or uniqueness, or... fun.

*sigh* The starring reason I created this account, now 343i makes me make others LOOK at achievements to see if I got it legitimately. First match I play with a full suit on and I get a friend request because someone thought I was a Bungie Employee.

I hate Halo 4 as much as the next guy, but to be fair, Bungie freakin' gave it away with preorders for Reach.

Oh well, Halo 3 was where the legendary title of Recon stood, it's not really all that in Reach in my opinion, but to just give away Halo 3's most prized piece after everyone's hard work and dedication to earn it? That's just being an ass. now all the scrub children who still play Halo 3 think they're gods. While the actually fair people get bitched at.
