Exactly. (well, not [i]every[/i] country in the world, but a lot of them) Which why I don't think a nuclear retaliation strike wouldn't be necessarily. The combined, non-nuclear weapons of all those countries would level NK several times over. All you'd really need to do is take out the capital and a large potential of their military bases, and it's over. I'm sure that most of the normal North Korean citizens would welcome a change.
