only 10,000? I like marinating it in Worcestershire sauce and then basting it with A-1 with chopped garlic. I guess you could try pulversizing some ghost peppers and spreading them on the steak, though I don't think the taste of ghost pepper would go well with meat.

i'm honestly scared to try the ghost....i mean.. it's serious enough to cause chemical burns. the indian military uses it in tear gas and pepper spray...it's that hot.
