Probably not much. It must be what happened to get him into a coma. Mother base blowing up probably.

It does say after the hospital sequence Big Boss will be able to go anywhere he pleases. So.... he regains full mobility after that?

There'll probably be a few cutscenes first but it's probably smooth sailing from there

Indeed. I just dont think he would be fit to go back in military action after being in a coma for 9 years and he looks pretty much dead on the hospital floor haha.
