[/quote]We're not, but we don't need to keep our guard "up" either. NK is a fucking joke. I'm kinda of wanting them to get they're missiles ready and to see if Kimmy actually has the balls to push that button.

The sinking of the South Korean corvette in 2010 is an example of this, same with the shelling of the border island in the same year. I could go back farther, to naval skirmishes in 1999 or incursions of special forces by submarines, to illustrate my point about them not being a joke.
