If they are separate, a full mgs game most likely. But Kojima said GZ is not as huge as Phantom Pain so I doubt it. Remember, Phantom pain is the real game.

It's weird because at the end of Peace Walker Big Boss announced that it was now Outer Heaven. Not sure exactly where Diamond Dogs come from, hopefully that gets well explained.
