Hell no, America ruined Iraq. With Saddam you were able to go out safely without the worry if a bomb was going to explode, now they go off everyday.

It's still a pretty unstable country, with multiple internal forces working against the Iraqi government. Al-Qeada uses Iraq as a base of operations into Syria, and it's rumored that the Iranians send supply convoys through the country. Granted, it's no Somalia or Afghanistan, but the integrity of the country has declined significantly since our invasion in 2003.

You shouldn't really believe facts and figures about Iraq. Iraq isn't as organised like countries in the west.
