Because of people who want to be apart of a time of another civil war or some sort of civilian revolt because they think it'd be cool to be in a situation analogous to an action movie.

Except real life doesn't have theme music, or a stunt guy, or a script so you know what happens. Those people that think it would be fun have to be insane.
